Earn 25% of the annual ICHRA consulting/service fee we collect under your referral agreement.

Service-fee referrals and product commissions are separate. In this referral model, The ICHRA Shop retains product commissions payable to us. Premiums, third-party administration charges and product commissions are excluded from the 25% referral calculation.
Referral eligibility, compensation disclosures, payment timing and renewal terms are confirmed in a signed agreement before compensation is payable. Any fee you charge the employer directly is separately agreed and disclosed.
