BEFORE YOU SUBMIT

A receipt is the beginning.

  1. Confirm your account and employer plan cover the expense.
  2. Keep the provider or merchant, service date, item or service, and amount.
  3. Provide medical-purpose evidence when required. A letter does not turn a personal purchase into an eligible expense.
  4. Submit through your approved private channel. Never claim the same expense twice.
PREMIUM PLUS, EXPLAINED

One allowance.
Premiums come first.

With an adopted Premium Plus ICHRA, approved medical expenses may use the balance left after eligible premiums. Your employer confirms covered expenses, coverage and the available allowance.

A general-purpose medical benefit can affect HSA contribution eligibility. Confirm any limited-purpose or post-deductible restrictions.

Grounded in the rules. Guided by your plan.

This curated guide checks expense types, not individual products or SKUs. It does not verify your coverage, balance, medical purpose or claim eligibility. Your plan administrator reviews reimbursement requests; an HSA owner retains tax substantiation responsibility. No purchases, claims or reimbursements are made here.
